Your subscription becomes active as soon as you receive your IPTV credentials via email.
We do offer refunds when certain conditions are met. First of all, we will do our best help you fix your problem. If we are unable to fix your issue, then we can offer you a refund within 3 days of your purchase.
You are able to watch in different devices at once only if you have a multi-connection product on our Mom IPTV playlist. A regular plan comes with a single standard connection.
